HYBRIDISATION OF A SKELETON AND A SPORT WATCH
Ulysse Nardin ventured into the diving scene much earlier than most, creating its first waterproof instrument in 1893, its first dive watch in 1964, and the Aqua Perpetual in 2001, the only water- resistant dive watch to 200 metres featuring a perpetual calendar. In 2021, the Maison introduced the Diver X Skeleton, a timepiece that revolutionised the industry by merging skeletonisation with a professional dive watch. This vision reached new heights with the launch of the Diver [AIR] at Watches and Wonders 2025.
Now, that pioneering spirit continues with the Diver [AIR] Seddiqi 75th Anniversary Edition, a skeletonised high-horology sport watch that merges architectural beauty with mechanical mastery.
The minimal vibrant blue skeleton dial, with rhodium-finish indexes and black hands enhanced by vibrant blue Super-LumiNova®, reflects both Seddiqi’s 75-year heritage and Ulysse Nardin’s mastery of contemporary design. All signature elements, from the dial and crown protectors to the Super-LumiNova® on the second hand, indexes on the CarbonFoil bezel, elastic strap, and side plate, are dressed in the same distinctive vibrant blue tone, giving the watch a striking and unified identity.

WORLD’S LIGHTEST MECHANICAL DIVE WATCH
The Seddiqi 75th Anniversary Edition combines extreme performance with refined aesthetics. Water-resistant to 200 metres, it meets the stringent standards of professional dive watches while maintaining exceptional lightness and impact resistance.
Powered by the UN-374 Manufacture calibre in 90% recycled titanium, it features an oversized silicon balance wheel, an upcycled silicon escapement, and a 90-hour power reserve, embodying Ulysse Nardin’s pioneering spirit: stronger, sleeker, lighter.
Building upon the foundation of the Diver X Skeleton UN-372 movement, the calibre was re-engineered for even greater strength, precision, and lightness. To achieve the Diver [AIR]’s record weight of just 52 grams including the strap, material was carefully removed and optimised across the movement and case, ensuring the watch’s performance and reliability remain uncompromised.
The open mineral glass caseback reveals the skeletonised calibre and bears a personalised 75th Anniversary transfer, a subtle yet meaningful tribute to Seddiqi’s milestone year. The watch is delivered with two straps: a vibrant blue elastic fabric strap with scratch closing, and a white rubber strap with a black ceramic and black PVD titanium folding clasp. Comfortable, versatile, and ultra-light, the Diver [AIR] Seddiqi bridges performance and elegance.
AN INNOVATION LAB
Creating the world’s lightest mechanical dive watch required more than removing metal, it meant reimagining materials from the inside out. The Diver [AIR] Seddiqi 75th Anniversary Edition builds on Ulysse Nardin’s two decades of innovation in advanced materials, combining lightness, strength, and sustainability.
Crafted in 90% recycled titanium with an upcycled silicon escapement and silicon balance spring, the watch embodies cutting-edge horology.
Its 44 mm case pairs a 90% recycled titanium middle case with Nylo®-Foil side parts (60% recycled fishing nets, 40% upcycled carbon fibres) and a CarbonFoil bezel made from 100% upcycled carbon fibre.
An engineering feat of precision and responsibility, the Diver [AIR] Seddiqi transforms high technology into lightness, proof that innovation and sustainability can coexist at the highest level.
