TERRA NOVA HRR CHRONOGRAPH
British luxury watchmaker Bremont unveils the limited-edition Terra Nova Henley Royal Regatta Chronograph, celebrating its partnership as Official Timing Partner with one of the world’s most prestigious rowing events. Limited to 150 pieces, the watch pays tribute to the official colours and sporting heritage of Henley Royal Regatta.
The 42mm case of the chronograph is crafted from lustrous 904L steel, prized for its exceptional durability. A royal blue ceramic insert bezel frames a crisp white dial and features crossed oars at 12 o’clock and a dedicated stroke counter, enabling the wearer to measure stroke rate and cadence during racing or training, operated by the chronograph pusher. Long associated with regatta timing, the function reflects the precision and sporting heritage of competitive rowing. Measured by the striking mint chronograph hand – the colour takes inspiration from the iconic Henley Royal Regatta deckchairs that line the riverbank of the Stewards’ Enclosure, offering spectators the perfect vantage point for the world-class racing.
As with all purposeful Bremont tool watches the design of the timepiece ensures that legibility is paramount and the crisp white dial is accented by navy applied numerals, indexes, and a detailed minute track, enhanced with next generation Super-LumiNova® (green emission) to ensure visibility in all conditions on and off the river.
Navy blue sub-dials contrast elegantly with white hands, numerals, and indexes, while polished steel hands also feature Super-LumiNova® infill further reinforcing the watch’s highly legible, purposeful design. The HRR logo sits proudly at 6 o’clock above the date window, and for the first time, “Henley-on-Thames” is printed on the dial in tribute to the town’s rich rowing heritage and the home to Bremont’s 35,000sq ft manufacture, ‘The Wing’.
The Terra Nova Henley Royal Regatta chronograph offers 100m water resistance and a 904l steel closed, decorated case back. A 904L steel terra nova bracelet or a blue embossed rubber leather strap with decorated pin buckle are available to offer a variety of styles.
